The basic function of this committee is keeping the Constitution and Bylaws of the association current. By definition, a bylaw is a rule adopted by an organization in order to regulate its own affairs and the behavior of its members.
Bylaws are a contract among members and must be formally adopted and/or amended.
The most recent updating of the bylaws has an effective date of November, 2017. At that time, the proposed updated Bylaws were distributed to the WTAA members, and a special meeting was held to approve the updated Bylaws.
A current copy of the Constitution and Bylaws are available upon request. For more information, please contact us.
