The Executive Board consists of seven trustees and four officers. The trustees have a lifetime commitment to the WTAA whereas the officers are elected annually.
The president and secretary are elected in even-numbered years, while the vice president and treasurer are elected in odd-numbered years.
The executive board meets quarterly, usually ten days prior to the quarterly membership meeting. The board-appointed parliamentarian is invited to all executive board meetings.
